Joining the Leo Club of University of Kelaniya shaped my university life by providing a platform for leadership development, fostering skills beyond the university community, and making a tangible impact on society. Mentorship from senior club members and advisors boosted my confidence and prepared me for leadership roles in various aspects of my life. Finally, I would like to wish good luck to future generations of UOK Leoism. As I sit down to pen this note, a profound sense of pride and gratitude fills my heart. My Leo journey commenced in 2020, during my first year at the university. Since that day, I wholeheartedly engaged in club activities. Through dedication and determination,
I earned the privilege of serving as a Director of the Leo Club for the term 21/22 which was a turning point in my life.
From day one of my tenure as a Director, I set out to initiate impactful projects for my Avenue.
When I was elected as one of the Vice Presidents of our club, it marked a pivotal moment in my journey. I am excited to see what the future holds for us as we continue to make a smile in our community. I invite all our new Leos to continue the Leo legacy with many more successful projects

I am deeply delighted to reveal that we were able to carry out 35 service projects for 134, 170 beneficiaries and the total project value was 6,475,616 millions. SPERANZA’23 would be the platform where we crown the amazing individuals who have worked tirelessly in achieving these milestones. Further, I would like to extend my gratitude to all the Leos who work hard to uphold the dignity of UOK Leoism.
